We had the pleasure of working with Moreno and his team on the build of Entrecôte Restaurant, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
This was a very challenging project with a high-end design and a lot of moving parts. We were working with one of the top design firms in Vancouver, which meant there were plenty of last-minute design changes, custom details, and evolving requirements throughout the build.
Moreno handled it all exceptionally well. He has a great eye for detail, genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product, and was always willing to go the extra mile. Even when delays or issues came up with sub-trades, he took ownership instead of making excuses. He was on site early in the mornings, on weekends, and whenever needed to make sure everything kept moving.
What stood out most was how trustworthy and reliable he was. If something wasn’t quite right, he made sure it got fixed properly without hesitation. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this responsive, accountable, and committed to delivering a great result.
Building a restaurant is never easy, but Moreno made one of the most stressful parts of the process much smoother. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work and truly stands behind it.

Moe was recommended to me by a friend, she said: “i promise you won’t regret it”. She was right. Working with Moe was great! I appreciated how well he kept us up to date and was always happy to answer all of my million questions. Renovations are always stressful, honestly, that’s something I didn’t experience with him. We have a couple more renovation projects for which we will be hiring Moe.
When my four year old took his first shower in the new bathroom, he said: “This bathroom is good! Moe is good at building”. Little kids are as honest as they come :) Thank you!
